  Staff is rude. Food is not hot and I never get all of my order. I use less salt than what they put on so I ordered fries with out salt to salt my own and was rudely told by a manager, since I said no salt on my fries that I could not have a packet of salt to salt my own and that was store policy. I called the owners and found out I was intentionally lied to. That was not their policy. I will never give them my business again.

  This McDonald's has always been a staple in the town. There is always a group of regulars both young and old that show up each day. While yes it is McDonald's food it's the best place to get their products in Southern Illinois. The location is part of the local high school program to allow students to complete their homework on their school assigned Chromebooks if they do not have access at home. The speeds while a tad bit slower than a home connection is still the best place to get work done.
