Hit or miss.

Usually the food is 5 star quality!
Every once in a while, however the foods are inconsistent, especially the Hot Sour soup (when they get it right, it rival's PF Changs soup, but when it's off, it's bland) and Rice dishes are sometimes undercooked.

Wonderful, quiet atmosphere with reasonable prices. The server with knowledgeable about the menu showed me lower calorie entrees. The food was excellent.
